Candice Colón, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA

Ariel is our leader of client relations.
An inclusion specialist in the Boston Public Schools, Ariel has over 12 years of experience as a special education teacher, academic tutor, and executive function coach. Trained in applied behavior analysis, Ariel relies on an individualized, behavioral, and data-driven approach to help students develop and improve their time management, organization, and planning skills. A creative problem-solver, he uses an array of techniques–some grounded in relationship-building, others drawn from his many years in the classroom–to build rapport with students and help them succeed academically. He holds an M.S.Ed. in Special Education from Simmons College and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Patrick is our leader of coach relations.

Our coaches have a minimum of a masters degree in behavior analysis, special education, education or related field.
All coaches have access to case consultation with leadership & senior level teammates to promote the highest quality services for our clients.
Our coaches also work in consultation with parents, schools, and other related professionals as part of a collaborative team model.
